• • The $99 will be donated to the Assaulted Women’s Helpline and is non-refundable once we have assigned your shoot date. 

  • Dream Boudoir Photography will contact you to set up a phone call and review the details as well as begin the planning process as soon as possible. If you choose not to proceed after your phone consultation, your donation will be refunded.

  • This is good for weekday sessions only and must be held by 12/01/20. 

  • You will be able to select the photographs you want to feature in the Afterhours Coffee Table book at your Design Consultation & Ordering appointment. Your Design Consultation & Ordering appointment will take place the same day as your photoshoot.

  • If you purchase and do not receive an email from us within 48 hours after purchasing your session, please feel free to email me here —> hello@dreamboudoirphotography.com

Model Release: Should I be successful in my application, I give Dream Boudoir Purple Canvas Photography INC. the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic portraits or pictures of me or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any and all media known for illustration, art, sale, promotion or advertising.

I also relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or advertising copy or printed matter that may be used. I release Dream Boudoir Purple Canvas Photography Inc. from any subsequent claims pertaining to copyright and model release signed here.

1. Copying of images/prints by digital, electronic, or traditional means is not permitted. 

2. The donation amount does not include the supply of any images, products, or hair & makeup. Images captured during your session will be available for purchase at the purchasing appointment. Hair & make up services can be added-on for $175 to your experience.

3. Only one Design Consultation and Ordering appointment per photoshoot can be allocated to be held same-day as the shoot. 

4. Only one photoshoot will be allocated per session booked. All sessions are subject to the standard cancellation policy of the studio which can be found in your shoot confirmation email.
